A Crested Butte Sustainability Series

Conservation and green innovations
are happening in the Gunnison Valley!

In conjunction with the Crested Butte Film Festival’s showing of Josh Fox’s new documentary, “HOW TO LET GO OF THE WORLD AND LOVE ALL THE THINGS CLIMATE CAN’T CHANGE,” local organizations and businesses involved in sustainability and climate change awareness will be featured before and after the film showings for a fun and educational meet & greet about what they are doing to positively affect climate change.

Learn about local community gardens and outreach programs, a clay/straw passive solar greenhouse, hydroponic farming, solar energy, clay/straw building and more!

Over the weekend of October 1st – 2nd, from 10am  to 4pm, Build.Sow.Grow will be hosting a FREE OPEN HOUSE of a new passive solar designed clay/straw greenhouse . Stop by 373 Cascadilla St. in Crested Butte South to tour this unique structure while enjoying some refreshments and snacks.  Also enter to win a $100 gift certificate to The Sunflower.
